There’s still time to join our “Freebox Showdance Performance Troupe”. This is the choreography we worked on for our first official rehearsal. Rehearsals consist of improvisational dance exercises and warm-ups borrowed from Mary’s Freebox dance practice. The goal is to have fun, while enhancing performance skill by developing confidence and trust with a group.

Salsa classes are growing and we are having a lot of fun! You are always welcome to join in. The level is Late beginner/Early Intermediate. You can join anytime, but it may be a good idea to have a private lesson to get you up to speed. Just call or Email Mary – mary(at)dancelessonssandiego.com
